Bobbie Montano previously served as Director of Operations promoted from her 6 year service as Associate Director of Clinical Research at Andrews Research and Education Institute, a 501C3 healthcare organization. She previously served for 5 years as Sr. Director of Business Development for a physician owned private multi-specialty, multi centered clinical research facility based in Jacksonville, Florida. She has also served as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator and Data Management specialist for the Schools of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Ms. Montano, a graduate of University of Alabama at Birmingham hosts a strong academic background in behavioral and life sciences research. She is a certified Grant Proposal Writer via Fort Hays University. Ms. Montano has a broad range of expertise in Multi-Specialty Clinical Research Study Procurement, Medical Grant Procurement, Physician Initiated Research, Pharmaceutical and Device Study Management, Healthcare Market Research, Patient Care Solutions, Clinical Research Site Feasibility, Strategic Planning, Clinical Research Management, Data Management, and Consulting. She has also co-developed and delivered a national CME training program “Clinical Research Training for Physicians” and is a share holder in web based Physician Marketing Technology “Ask 100 Doctors” acquired by Inclinix. Ms. Montano is currently a designated principal for TMG, an international project management and healthcare consulting group that specializes in Payer Relations, Project Recovery and Project Management.
